Sermon Title: "l'd Rather You Snicker Than Snore"
(Luke 16:13-15)
Sermon Outline:
1. True or False: Every Pastor would prefer you laugh at the message rather than snore because if you laugh, at least you heard me. Something got through. Something stirred. Maybe it annoyed you. Maybe it touched a nerve. But it registered.
2. Do you think that snickering at a sermon reveals conviction?
3. Is it better to be moved than asleep in Church, even if the movement is anger and annoyance?
4. Is indifference worse or better than opposition?
5. Do you snicker when the Bible says, forgive your enemies? When the Bible says to tithe? When the Bible says to remain pure? Or when the Bible says, to serve others?
