Have you ever had a season where the rains of life just ... would ….. not ….. stop?
How many of you would be honest enough to raise your hand and say, "Pastor, l've been more aware of the storm than the Savior lately"?
True or False: We cannot live lives marked by love, forgiveness, kindness, and mercy unless we continually remember what the King has done for us.
How quickly do we forget God's mercy once we walk out of His presence? How often do we sing "Amazing Grace" on Sunday and by Tuesday, we're holding someone's mistake over their head?
If you focus on the rain instead of the King, you will begin to interpret God's character through the lens of your circumstances - instead of interpreting your circumstances through the unchanging character of God. Do you agree?
