Sermon Title: "When You Feel Like Quitting" (Nehemiah 4:6, 9-10, 14)
1. Have you mistaken exhaustion for a sign that God wants you to quit? How might your situation look different after rest and receiving help?
2. Whose voice has more influence over you right now- God's word or someone who said vou would never change
3. Are you discouraged because nothing is changing - or because change is happening more slowly than you demanded?
4. What are you still carrying alone because asking for help with threaten your pride or your need to feel needed?
5. Have you become so focused on the rubble that remains, that you cannot see the wall God has already helped you rebuild?
6. Are you faithfully doing what God has asked - or stubbornly insisting on doing it your own way? What arrangement might need to change?
7. If you were close to giving up this week, who would know?
Have you allowed anyone close enough to hear your "trumpet"?
8. What would your next faithful step look like if you trusted God with the outcome instead of requiring a guarantee before continuing?
